Dans un saladier ou dans le bol de votre robot, versez les oeufs & le sucre. Fouettez jusqu'à ce que le mélange double de volume & blanchisse.
Ajoutez progressivement la farine tamisée en mélangeant à l'aide d'une spatule ou de votre robot..
Laissez la préparation de côté & montez la crème liquide en chantilly. Incorporez la chantilly avec une spatule à la préparation..
Terminez de travailler votre appareil avec la spatule (même si de base vous utilisiez un robot). Versez le tout dans un moule beurré & enfournez à 155° pendant 1h30..
Une fois le gâteau cuit, laissez le refroidir, démoulez le, filmez le & placez le au réfrigérateur tout une nuit. Il est donc préférable de préparer le Molly cake la veille..
